Soliton Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Verified Vibe mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

By using Verified Vibe, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Email address, date of birth, photos you upload
  • Profile Information: Name, sex, preferences, and other profile attributes you choose to share
  • Sensitive Profile Attributes (Optional): With your explicit consent, you may provide sensitive information such as religious or spiritual beliefs, political views, and sexual orientation. This information is used primarily for matching and to provide app features you enable, and visibility is controlled by your privacy settings.
  • Communications: Messages you send to other users and to our AI assistant
  • Game Responses: Your answers to in-app games

1.2 Information We Collect With Your Permission

We request explicit permission before collecting the following. Verified Vibe is an AI-driven platform that uses behavioral analysis to generate matches. Some data sources are required for core functionality; others are optional.

  • Financial Data: Transaction history (merchants and categories) to understand lifestyle patterns
  • Location Data: Location information to understand where you spend time
  • Identity Verification (Optional): Government ID and selfie for identity verification and fraud prevention
  • Screen Time Data (Optional): App usage patterns for profile generation
  • Career Data (Optional): Professional information you authorize

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Generate your profile: Create behavioral-based profile attributes
  • Provide matches: Connect you with compatible users
  • Improve the service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features
  • Communicate with you: Send notifications about matches, messages, and updates
  • Ensure safety: Detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations
  • Provide AI assistance: Power our AI assistant to help you in the app

3. How We Process Your Data

We process your information to generate profile attributes and provide matching and other in-app features. We use automated systems (including algorithms and AI) to help curate profiles and matches. If you enable AI features such as in-chat suggestions, relevant chat content is processed to provide those features. We use security measures designed to protect your information in transit and at rest.


4. Information Sharing

4.1 With Other Users

Your profile (including verified badges, photos, and bio) is visible to other users based on your privacy settings.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App, including providers for financial data connections, database and authentication, infrastructure and security, AI processing, and content moderation.

Our service providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or others.

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.5 We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California law). We do not use your data to track you across apps and websites for advertising.

4.6 International Transfers

If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

4.7 Reporting, Blocking, and Content Moderation

You can report profiles, photos, and messages that violate our Community Guidelines. Reports are reviewed and may result in content removal or account restrictions. You can block any user at any time; blocked users cannot see or interact with you.


5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Delete Your Data

You can view your profile and account information at any time within the App. You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, and match history are removed, subject to any legal retention requirements.

5.2 Data Controls

You can manage connected data sources in Settings. Disconnecting required data sources may limit your ability to use core features.

5.3 AI Processing

Verified Vibe uses automated systems (including algorithms and AI) as a core part of the service to generate profile attributes and provide matching and related features. Some AI features are optional. For example, in-chat AI reply suggestions are disabled by default and can be enabled on a per-chat basis.

5.4 California Notice at Collection (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies to California residents. We provide this notice at or before the point of collection of personal information.

5.5 California Residents Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; (5) limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and (6) not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

You can submit requests by emailing [email protected] or through in-app controls where available. We will take steps to verify your request before responding.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof that the agent is authorized and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.

5.6 European Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the App, enforce our terms and safety policies, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.


7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

In the event of a data security incident that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.


8. Children's Privacy

Verified Vibe is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete the account.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
